Far from the hustle and bustle, on the eastern edge of the Black Forest, lies the tranquil town of Niedereschach. Tannenhof has been producing Black Forest ham here for generations with great attention to detail. These and many other ham and sausage specialties are still prepared according to traditional recipes from Black Forest butchers and according to traditional craftsmanship.

TANNENHOF manufactory
We leave nothing to chance in the production of our Black Forest ham, from the selection of raw materials to ongoing checks during processing and packaging. The fresh meat used comes exclusively from pigs from controlled breeding with species-appropriate animal husbandry. We participate in the QS inspection system for food. The QS inspection system is one of the leading inspection systems for meat and sausage products in Germany. It monitors quality at all stages of production, from production to processing and retail. Quality does not just happen by chance.
