Welcome to a modern family business with tradition! When it comes to Black Forest ham, we are not only a household name here in the region. And there is a reason for this: we have been producing Black Forest ham and sausage specialties with a passion for over 50 years.
As a food technology specialist m/f/d, you will learn everything about ham and sausage products from production to packaging. You will be involved in the production process and get to know all the steps from development to production and packaging of the products. You will be involved in all stages of production, from receipt of the raw materials to the finished packaged product. Sounds pretty interesting, doesn't it? Let's see how the sausage is actually cut so carefully into the packaging. The recommended school-leaving certificate for this apprenticeship is: secondary school leaving certificate. The apprenticeship lasts 3 years.

Your tasks:
- Operation, care and maintenance of computer-controlled systems, machines and tools,
- Receiving, checking and storing goods
- Preparing and compiling raw materials and spices for recipes
- Providing and assembling ingredients and auxiliary materials for the products to be packaged
- Production of ham and sausage products
- Monitoring and correcting production processes
- Production control and quality control

- Manual skills
- Technical understanding and interest in working with modern, computer-controlled production systems
