Chimney rods®

The 30 cm long raw sausages in the style of smoked salami are cold-smoked briefly and vigorously over fir twigs in the Black Forest chimney and then air-dried. Balanced natural spices such as salt, pepper, coriander, caraway and garlic give our Kaminruten® a hearty, spicy taste. Due to the high degree of drying, they can be kept unrefrigerated and have a high protein content.

Mountain air rods

The 30 cm long salami snacks are exclusively air-dried. Balanced natural spices such as salt, pepper, coriander, caraway and garlic give our mountain air rods a hearty, spicy taste. They have a high protein content and can be kept unrefrigerated due to the high degree of drying.
