You will notice: When it comes to quality, only the best is good enough for us. This is also confirmed by TÜV SÜD, which has tested and certified Tannenhof's production processes with regard to the high requirements of the International Food Standard (IFS). Building on this, both participation in the Q&S control system and the HACCP concept guarantee an extremely high level of product safety for food.
Tannenhof is also certified in accordance with the new EU regulation for organic farming (DE-003 - organic inspection body).
Together with our internal quality management system, which among other things enables exact batch traceability, these measures form the perfect framework for responsible ham and sausage enjoyment. Day after day.

No problem: Tannenhof's ham and sausage specialties win prizes every year in the voluntary quality competition of the German Food Society (DLG). In 2025, Tannenhof received the "Award of the Best" in gold for the 38th time.
