16 thin slices of Black Forest Ham, 8 pieces of goat’s cheese weighing 50 g each, 400 g medley of salads, Olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, 70 g of cranberries stirred in cold, Fresh parsley, Cherry tomatoes, Snow peas, Pumpkin seeds
Make a dressing using olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, adding the cranberries at the end. Mix the salad with the dressing. Wrap the goat’s cheese in the Black Forest Ham and fry lightly in the pan with a little oil for about 2 minutes on each side.
Drape the lettuce in the middle of the plate and garnish with parsley, cherry tomatoes and snow peas. Put the goat’s cheese on it and garner with pumpkin seeds.
