150 g spicy cooked ham
1 cauliflower, 1 l water, 1 tbsp sea salt,
40 g butter, 40 g flour, 300 ml milk, 100 g grated Swiss cheese, 2 eggs, sea salt, nutmeg , pepper, 20 g butter
Seperate the handles of the cauliflower and cook them in salted water for 10 minutes, take them out and mash with the hand barman. Cook the cauliflower florets in the same water for 5 minutes, then pour away the water. Melt the butter in the pot, add the flour and brown slightly. Fill in milk and cook to a firm sauce and cool down. Add the mashed cauliflower, the cauliflower florets, the ham and the cheese to the sauce. Swirl the eggs and add to the mixture. Spice the meal with salt, nutmeg and pepper. Fill in a round ovenproof dish and cook at 180°C 50 minutes .
Enjoy it with green salad.
