For the wraps:
150 g wheat flour
400 ml milk
3 eggs
1 tbsp oil
1/4 tbsp salt
For the filling:
200 g green beans
200 g cream cheese (17% fat)
8 slices Black Forest ham
For roasting:
4 tbsp oil
Mix all ingredients for the wraps and let them rest for 30 minutes. In the meantime, wash the beans, cut off the ends. Cook the beans in the salted water. Stir the wraps vigorously.
