Black Forest style wraps

Ingredients for 8 persons:

For the wraps:

150 g wheat flour 
400 ml milk 
3 eggs
1 tbsp oil
1/4 tbsp salt

For the filling:

200 g green beans
200 g cream cheese (17% fat)
8 slices Black Forest ham

For roasting:

4 tbsp oil

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients for the wraps and let them rest for 30 minutes. In the meantime, wash the beans, cut off the ends. Cook the beans in the salted water. Stir the wraps vigorously. Fry 8 wraps in succession in a pan (22 cm) with oil from both sides. Let it cool down and spread each wrap with cream cheese, top with 2 slices of ham, beans Spread on top, roll up dough flat. Cut and pin with a toothpick and serve.
