Asparagus in the starting blocks

Hardly any other vegetable is as eagerly awaited in spring as asparagus. Preparations for the season are in full swing in the fields and at the producers. In April, the time will have come for us too: The first German asparagus will be ready for harvest in the sunniest growing regions. 

Whether with wild garlic ham, spiced baked ham, smoked ham, elderberry ham, air-dried mountain ham or classic Black Forest ham, there is a TANNENHOF ham specialty to match every day of the week. For us, ham and asparagus are the dream couple in spring.
