2 slices of bread
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp sesame
1 tbsp cream cheese
4 slices of Black Forest ham
Toast bread slices and let cool.
Halve and core the avocado. Cut the flesh of one half into thin slices. Remove the second half from the bowl with a spoon and crush it with a fork.
Spread a slice of bread with cream cheese and place two slices of Black Forest ham on top. Top with avocado slices and sprinkle with almonds. Drizzle with honey.
Spread the crushed avocado on the second slice of bread, place two slices of Black Forest ham on top and sprinkle the sesame seeds on top. Season both breads with salt and pepper.
